It doesn't function as a cell phone but that's ok- you won't need to call for help! With this powerful 800,000 volt stun gun you will be able to defend yourself with confidence. Features a safety button to prevent accidental discharge. Includes a holster with a belt clip. Requires two CR123A (3 volt) lithium batteries (not included).
