Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with any product purchased from us, just return it within 15 days and we'll gladly provide a refund, credit, or exchange for the cost of the product.  There are a couple exceptions:

* Food items are non-returnable.
* Personalized items are non-returnable.

We do not provide a refund on shipping charges unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturers defect or due to damage caused during shipping.

When returning a product, we require you to wrap it securely and insure the package for its value. We do not accept returns on items that have been abused, altered or used in manners for which they were not intended.
